For a growing digital client based in Legnano, Adecco Italia Spa is recruiting a Customer Service Representative with a fluent command of English. The position is dedicated to supporting a digital Startup operating in the tourism and sport sectors.
The role focuses on managing user requests across different channels and guiding potential customers through the selection and booking of activities.

• Manage user requests across multiple channels, including chat, telephone, e-mail, and social platforms, ensuring consistent support and information for each contact.
• Coordinate constantly with professional operators to align availability, booking details, and service delivery, avoiding discrepancies between customer expectations and operational capabilities.
• Monitor and process each support ticket so that it is handled professionally, precisely, and punctually, in line with defined service standards and procedures.
Requirements:
• Fluent english, allowing accurate and confident communication with international customers across all supported service channels.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with professional operators involved in the offered activities, maintaining clear communication that facilitates coordination between customer commitments and service execution.
• Readiness to work Full Time on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 and 20:00, with the flexibility required to follow the predefined scheduling framework.
